Dynamically adds the appropriate conditions, removes those that do not apply, eliminated and checks for duplicates AND fills in the blanks! For example, an FHA Purchase is selected, your file automatically gets the "Statutory Investment must be equal to at least XXX" or "Cash to Close must not exceed XXX"... now those XXX's are replaced with the appropriate dollars or data automatically.
