A custom input form coupled with a business rule that will map very important loan metrics at time of disclosure and at time of lock. Both scenarios have their own status field which can be used to trigger emails or hard stop the loan during the process. Used to ensure important items on a loan don’t change once they hit lock and disclosures. Designed to be tweaked specifically to client’s needs.
