This utility gives Admins a simple control panel to create rich-text/html email templates which can be sent automatically - without users needing to open a file or trigger an event. Simple but powerful business rule controls allow you to auto-select loans that meet essentially any criteria and choose when and how often those emails will be sent. Select a certain time of day, days of the week, or manually run in batch from an SMTP email with loaded functionality. Want to send an email to all loans with a rate expiring in the next 72 hours? Need to send an NOIA contact to all files which have had no activity in 10 days? Automatically?! Yep, it does it. Now with comprehensive logging in settings, you can easily track and troubleshoot email scenarios with success/failure statuses, Excel export capabilities, and filtering options.
