Ability to auto check loan files with the FEMA database to check if there are any declared disasters. This check can be ran using business rules at the loan level and also at a batch level using reporting criteria. Custom fields are updated with disaster data once the check has run. Hard stops can be created to make sure the needed appraisal reports can be ordered.
