- Performance Issues - Service degradation or intermittent issue - some or all users may be impacted - ICE MT teams are actively investigating an intermittent issue affecting the visibility of orders submitted for Underwriting and Credit services.  Specifically, there are instances where a successfully submitted order does not appear in the "All Services" screen in the Encompass Web interface, but has been processed correctly, and the associated report is delivered to the e-Folder as expected. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
